You look at photos or the inverted filter and your face does not sit straight. One eye or cheek rides higher, the jaw drifts to one side, your head tilts to keep the world level. Your shoulders or pelvis are clearly not even.
Your neck and jaw feel tight most days. You clench at the desk, when you scroll or when you lift. One side of your back, hip or foot takes more load when you stand or walk. You feel noticeably shorter and more compressed at night than you do in the morning.
You have tried posture routines, physio exercises, height hacks and gait drills. Some helped for a bit. Or worse, you fixed your hip and your jaw flared up, or you stretched your neck and your back got stiff. Nothing ever felt like a coherent map built for your body.

When one piece drifts, the rest has to negotiate around it. A collapsing arch can lock a hip. A locked hip can twist a ribcage. A twisted ribcage can drag your neck and jaw off center just so your eyes can face the world. I read your whole posture and face as one pattern, then pick the first levers that free space without creating new problems somewhere else.
I draw from mainstream work in spinal and disc biomechanics, respiratory mechanics, gait, and craniofacial and TMJ research. That does not mean I treat you like a paper. It means I use these fields to decide where to create space, where to build support, and how to respect your nervous system. Where the work is more experimental, I say so and build conservative guardrails around it.
Every plan cycles through four jobs. First we Reset, so tissues and the nervous system have room to move. Then we Build strength that does not drag you back into your old pattern. We Integrate so the new pattern survives walking, lifting and daily loading. Finally we Consolidate with sleep, workstation setup, hydration and simple nutrition so the changes harden into your new normal. The details change by archetype, the logic stays the same.
Adult discs are metabolically alive. Given the right mix of loading, decompression and recovery, they can behave better across the day. The goal is simple. First, restore and optimise posture so you reclaim height you already own on bone lengths by fixing tilt, twist and collapse. Then flatten the daily height drop so you stay closer to your true length at night.
Over longer horizons, giving discs a better mechanical and recovery environment so they can hold hydration and thickness and overtime contribute to pushing your baseline height above your baseline. We use timing of load, movement and rest to support that behaviour, without extreme or risky tactics.
In practice, that means most adults first notice that they lose less height from morning to night and feel less compressed in the evening than they did at baseline. As posture rebuilds and disc behaviour improves, best tape readings over the day can start to creep above where they used to sit, especially if sleep, nutrition and training stay consistent. It is not a promise of a specific number, but it is a realistic horizon when you give your spine the right mechanical and recovery environment.
For adults I treat height as a behaviour of the spine and discs, not as magic centimetres. Most people have latent height that never shows on the tape because of collapsed stacking and poor disc hydration.
We use contrast loading and hydraulic pumping strategies to reclaim height you already own on bone lengths, flatten your daily height drop, and give discs a mechanical environment where they can hold thickness.
